Our crystals and other spiritual tools are packed with lots of love and we make sure your item(s) are packed up safely, how ever sometimes it can regretfully happen for your item(s) to damage during shipment. If this happens please contact us with 72 hours so we can find a solution together!

RETOUR:

We offer a 14-day return policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.

To make a retour label you can use our retour portal:

https://magicsouls.shipping-portal.com/rp/. Please be aware that the purchase of the return label will be payed by you and NOT by Magic souls. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
