Retour- en terugbetalingsbeleid
Bij Magic Souls hopen we natuurlijk dat je helemaal blij bent met je bestelling. Omdat edelstenen en mineralen natuurproducten zijn, is ieder item uniek. Kleur, vorm, structuur, insluitsels en natuurlijke imperfecties kunnen daarom per steen verschillen en maken deel uit van het natuurlijke karakter van het product.
Bedenktijd en retourneren
Je hebt het wettelijke recht om je aankoop binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling zonder opgave van reden te herroepen. Wanneer een bestelling uit meerdere artikelen bestaat die afzonderlijk worden geleverd, gaat deze termijn in na ontvangst van het laatste artikel.
Nadat je hebt aangegeven dat je van je aankoop afziet, heb je nog 14 dagen om het product aan ons terug te sturen.
Je kunt een retour of herroeping aanvragen via de retour-/annuleringsmogelijkheid in onze webshop of door contact met ons op te nemen via info@magicsouls.nl.
Je kunt voor het herroepen van je aankoop ook gebruikmaken van het model-herroepingsformulier. Het gebruik van dit formulier is niet verplicht.
Voorwaarden voor retourneren
Tijdens de bedenktijd mag je het product bekijken en beoordelen zoals je dat ook in een fysieke winkel zou kunnen doen.
Wij vragen je het artikel zorgvuldig en, indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk, in de originele verpakking terug te sturen. Je bent alleen aansprakelijk voor waardevermindering wanneer het product verder is gebruikt of behandeld dan noodzakelijk is om de aard, kenmerken en werking ervan vast te stellen.
Verpak edelstenen en mineralen bij retournering zorgvuldig om beschadiging tijdens het transport te voorkomen.
Retourkosten
De directe kosten van de retourzending zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het product beschadigd, defect of verkeerd geleverd is door Magic Souls. De kosten zijn afhankelijk van de gekozen vervoerder en verzendmethode. Voor een pakket dat niet door de brievenbus past, bedragen de retourkosten naar schatting €7,95. Controleer voor het actuele tarief de tarieven van de door jou gekozen vervoerder.
Wij adviseren om je retourzending met Track & Trace te versturen en het verzendbewijs te bewaren.

Je hoeft vooraf geen toestemming van ons te ontvangen om een retourzending te versturen. We stellen het wel op prijs als je je retour vooraf bij ons aanmeldt via info@magicsouls.nl of via de herroepingsmogelijkheid in onze webshop.
Beschadigde, defecte of verkeerd geleverde artikelen
Controleer je bestelling zo snel mogelijk na ontvangst. Is een artikel tijdens het transport beschadigd geraakt, heb je een verkeerd artikel ontvangen of is er iets anders niet in orde? Neem dan contact met ons op via info@magicsouls.nl.
Stuur indien mogelijk foto’s van het artikel en de verpakking mee, zodat we het probleem kunnen beoordelen en samen tot een passende oplossing kunnen komen.
Je wettelijke rechten bij een ondeugdelijk product blijven uiteraard van toepassing.
Terugbetaling
Wanneer je de volledige bestelling binnen de wettelijke bedenktijd herroept, betalen wij het aankoopbedrag en de oorspronkelijke standaard verzendkosten terug.
Kies je bij de oorspronkelijke bestelling voor een duurdere verzendmethode dan onze standaardlevering, dan hoeven wij het verschil met de standaard verzendkosten niet terug te betalen. Retourneer je slechts een deel van je bestelling, dan worden de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten niet terugbetaald.
Wij betalen het verschuldigde bedrag uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen nadat je ons hebt laten weten dat je de aankoop herroept terug. Wij mogen wachten met terugbetalen totdat wij het product hebben ontvangen of totdat je kunt aantonen dat het product is teruggestuurd, afhankelijk van welk moment eerder valt.
De terugbetaling vindt plaats via dezelfde betaalmethode waarmee de oorspronkelijke bestelling is betaald, tenzij anders met jou is overeengekomen. Hiervoor brengen wij geen extra kosten in rekening.
Annuleren vóór verzending
Wil je een bestelling annuleren voordat deze is verzonden? Gebruik dan de annuleringsmogelijkheid in onze webshop of neem zo snel mogelijk contact op via info@magicsouls.nl.
Wanneer de bestelling al is verzonden, kun je na ontvangst gebruikmaken van het wettelijke herroepingsrecht zoals hierboven beschreven.
Uitzonderingen op het herroepingsrecht
Voor bepaalde producten kan volgens de wet een uitzondering op het herroepingsrecht gelden, bijvoorbeeld voor producten die speciaal volgens jouw wensen zijn gemaakt of duidelijk zijn gepersonaliseerd.
Wanneer voor een specifiek product geen herroepingsrecht geldt, wordt dit vóór aankoop duidelijk bij het betreffende product vermeld.

Returns & Refund Policy
At Magic Souls, we hope you are completely happy with your order. As crystals and minerals are natural products, every piece is unique. Colour, shape, structure, inclusions and natural imperfections may therefore vary from one stone to another and are part of the natural character of the product.
Right of withdrawal & returns
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason. If an order consists of multiple items that are delivered separately, this period starts after you receive the final item.
After informing us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
You can submit a return or cancellation request through the return/cancellation option in our online store or contact us at info@magicsouls.nl.
You may also use the model withdrawal form to exercise your right of withdrawal. Use of this form is not mandatory.
Return conditions
During the cooling-off period, you may inspect and assess the product as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store.
We kindly ask you to return the item with care and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please package crystals and minerals carefully to prevent damage during return transport.
Return shipping costs
The direct costs of returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied by Magic Souls. The costs depend on the carrier and shipping method selected. For parcels that do not fit through a standard letterbox, return shipping costs are estimated at €7.95. Please check the current rates of your chosen carrier before returning your parcel.

You do not need our prior approval to return an item. However, we appreciate it if you register your return in advance via info@magicsouls.nl or through the withdrawal option in our online store.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If an item has been damaged during transport, you have received the wrong item or there is another problem with your order, please contact us at info@magicsouls.nl.
Where possible, please include photographs of the item and its packaging so that we can assess the issue and find an appropriate solution.
Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods remain unaffected.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your entire order within the statutory cooling-off period, we will refund the purchase price as well as the original standard delivery costs.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost. If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.
We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you. You will not incur any additional fees for the refund.
Cancelling before shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please use the cancellation option available in our online store or contact us as soon as possible at info@magicsouls.nl.
If your order has already been shipped, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal after receiving it as described above.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, for example products that have been made specifically to your requirements or are clearly personalised.
If the right of withdrawal does not apply to a particular product, this will be clearly stated before purchase on the relevant product page.
