Verzendbeleid
Bij Magic Souls verpakken we iedere bestelling met zorg. Edelstenen en kristallen zijn natuurlijke en soms kwetsbare producten. Daarom besteden we extra aandacht aan een veilige verpakking, zodat jouw bestelling zo goed mogelijk bij je aankomt.
Verwerking en verzending
Bestellingen worden zo snel mogelijk verwerkt en verzonden. Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je indien beschikbaar een Track & Trace-code waarmee je het pakket kunt volgen.
De aangegeven levertijden zijn een indicatie en gelden vanaf het moment dat het pakket door de vervoerder is ontvangen. Tijdens drukke periodes, feestdagen of door omstandigheden bij de vervoerder kan een levering langer duren.

Vertraging
Nadat een bestelling aan de vervoerder is overgedragen, kan Magic Souls de exacte bezorgdatum niet garanderen. Is je pakket na de verwachte levertijd nog niet aangekomen? Neem dan gerust contact met ons op via info@magicsouls.nl. We kijken graag met je mee.
Beschadigd pakket
We verpakken onze producten zo zorgvuldig mogelijk. Is je bestelling toch beschadigd aangekomen? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via info@magicsouls.nl en stuur indien mogelijk duidelijke foto's van het product én de verpakking mee. We zoeken dan samen naar een passende oplossing. Dit doet geen afbreuk aan je wettelijke rechten.
Onjuist adres
Controleer bij het plaatsen van je bestelling altijd zorgvuldig het opgegeven afleveradres. Heb je een fout gemaakt? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op. Als de bestelling nog niet is verzonden, proberen we het adres voor je aan te passen.

Shipping Policy
At Magic Souls, every order is packed with care. Crystals and gemstones are natural and sometimes delicate products. We therefore take extra care to package your order securely so that it arrives in the best possible condition.
Processing and shipping
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code, where available, so you can follow your parcel.
The stated delivery times are estimates and apply from the moment the parcel has been received by the carrier. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances affecting the carrier.

Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Magic Souls cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. If your parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@magicsouls.nl and we will be happy to look into it with you.
Damaged parcels
We package our products as carefully as possible. If your order nevertheless arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@magicsouls.nl and, if possible, include clear photos of both the product and the packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Incorrect address
Please carefully check the delivery address when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to update the address for you.
